      Pros

      Lack of training means you learn and build research skills. Lack of support helps in development of problem solving and investigation skills. Great place to learn self efficiency.

      Cons

      Short staffed, large workload, insane overtime, under appreciated, under compensated, no perks. Management that doesn’t care about employee moral, growth or workload. No reviews, merit increases, bonuses, or promotions.
