      Pros

      - They've somehow managed to hire a lot of really great people (probably through the smoke and mirrors they put on about "great benefits") - Free food (but you are taxed for it anyway)

      Cons

      - Poor compensation - Unequal pay (we're talking discrepancies of $25,000 a year for the SAME role, people in team lead positions making less than their team members, etc) - Vendasta only cares about their bottom line but pretends their employees matter as good people leave in droves - Sexist environment, "old boys club" - Terrible management - Company-wide disorganization - Prevalent drug/alcohol party lifestyle - Little opportunity for growth - Frequent firings - High-stress for little recognition

      Pros

      Vendasta has a ton of very smart and driven people, I feel inspired and motivated every day working with this team. The product is making great advancements, and it's exciting to market such an innovative solution with very loyal partners. I've learned a lot working here and have had an overall positive experience.

      Cons

      Benefits for US employees could be better compared to US-based companies. With multiple acquisitions, working for various products can get overwhelming / priorities shift a lot - must be comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
