Toxic Fake people and company. - Sales Valutico Employee Review

I stayed at Valutico for more than two years, and I would say that, other than one or two very good people I had the opportunity to work with, the rest were very negative. The whole organization is built on pressure and unreachable goals agreed to by managers who are yes-men/yes-women, and when the goals are not met, the fault falls on the employees. They hire and fire monthly,no security, no clear vision, and a very limited market. The whole company is built on yes-men and very fake people pretending all the time and sucking up. In more than two years, I did not get a single raise, even though I clearly demonstrated great results; each time I asked for more, problems would immediately appear. This was a common practice, so you would feel like you were about to get fired if you asked for more.
