      Pros

      I have worked with Valpak for several years and enjoy my job. There is a training program for new hires, the benefits are great, and my supervisor listens to my suggestions. I feel valued as an employee.

      Cons

      There have been some challenges with the Valpak Clipper merger, but things have improved. Many of the processes have been combined but there are few more to go.
