      Pros

      I never worried about job security. Healthy working relationships between colleagues. Decent WLB.

      Cons

      Training was minimal. They made up for it by offering assistance when I was stuck, but I’m the type of person who prefers to go into a new job well-prepared instead of learning as I go.

      Pros

      The culture here is great, everyone is very excited and knowledgeable, and people really want to collaborate. The products are interesting and there is a real push to innovate and build something great. I have learned a ton while being here.

      Cons

      Standard issues with a mid/large company: changing priorities and getting pulled in different directions. Too many meetings.
