      Pros

      Nice office space with some good people and free snacks.

      Cons

      The place is like the wild west, no direction and no trust across the board. A very combative, aggressive and contentious leadership starting from CEO and down to his leadership white guys. Unresponsive, useless and none existing HR. No real opportunity to grow within the company unless you're a friends with someone higher up, management picks favorites and those are the only people they listen to. They always look for a fall guy to blame, instead of looking and fixing the real issue. Speak your mind and your fired the next day.

      Pros

      The culture here is great, everyone is very excited and knowledgeable, and people really want to collaborate. The products are interesting and there is a real push to innovate and build something great. I have learned a ton while being here.

      Cons

      Standard issues with a mid/large company: changing priorities and getting pulled in different directions. Too many meetings.

      Had several layoffs or 'restructurings' during my tenure. No 401k match.
