      So be weary of this company. They tell you that your comp plan is one thing, then change it 20 times. The benefits appear to be good, but again it's one thing, and changes. They don't know what they are doing and couldn't care less if you question it.

      Pros

      The culture here is great, everyone is very excited and knowledgeable, and people really want to collaborate. The products are interesting and there is a real push to innovate and build something great. I have learned a ton while being here.

      Cons

      Standard issues with a mid/large company: changing priorities and getting pulled in different directions. Too many meetings.

      Had several layoffs or 'restructurings' during my tenure. No 401k match.
