Pros
During my time at Valeant I am proud to say I've been part of an organization which has made great strides toward transformation . The efforts made by leadership to make this a successful company, as well as a desirable, happy place to work have been tremendous! It isn't a just flavor of the month initiative, executive leadership is all in on taking the organization to the next level.
Cons
Valeant has stabilized, but now leadership needs to work on normalizing the organization. Not so much a con, but an area that still needs improvement. Valeant is unlike any other organization, but in order to stack up against our competitors we need to be at the same level in regards to organizational management. Lots of work is being done, but its important they do this in order to keep their employees happy, and can sustain the improvements made.
