      Pros

      Results focused, flexible, fairly nimble.

      Cons

      Poor culture, top management (director and up) does not value its sales force, retention strategy but no career/professional development, not honest within, arrogant yet poor decision making, ridiculous expectations for less than average products, runs a pharma company like a consumer goods company which customers do not appreciate, little/no goodwill within the company nor with customers (physicians and HCPs). Sales division always seems to be running desperate.

      Good colleagues to work with. Everyone tries hard to overcome poor upper management decisions and lack of resources.

      Cons

      Terrible culture where people are not respected or trusted by upper management. Unwarranted arrogance and poor decision making. Never quite sure what is ethical or not despite what they say.

      Good place to learn and move on......that's all I can say.

      Cons

      New upper management without experience and lacking professionalism. Lost all their experienced employees. Sales objectives are not attainable and no one is there to listen. Company credo is not what they practice.
