      Salary is competitive. Descent hours of work.

      Cons

      Lots of big company issues. For the most part you can't get your job done due to all the policies bogging you down. It can be very frustrating. Little to no opportunity for movement or advancement. They are quite happy to let you rot away in a role you are not happy in.
