Está sendo bem tranquilo, achei que seria mais difícil, mas o segredo é manter a calma, respirar fundo e responder com precisão, o processo é lento por este motivo ter pasciência é primordial.

Completed a preinterview screening call 3 weeks after applying for the job. 1 month later had an online interview which lasted roughly an hour. I received positive feed back during the interview and was told I would be contacted within the next 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I followed up as I had not heard back. I was told they still hadn’t made a decision. This is the second time I have interviewed with vale and the same ghosting has happened. I would say overall the experience left me feeling disappointed and disrespected. I would not want to work for the company at this point.

Inscrição foi em maio, 2 provas onlines, dinâmica em grupo, entrevista individual, resultado após 20 dias. Não fui o felizardo, porém após uns dias me convidaram para uma nova entrevista em outra vaga, agora estou em processo de contratação, ainda nada certo.

Straightforward, well conducted, critical thinking skills required as well as interview preparation. Enjoyed the group and individual interviews, collaboration and confidence were key skills to have. The follow through after the final interview was very informal and short.
