Cons
-Hourly rates for skilled trades could be higher given the isolation (7 hour drive to Winnipeg) -like most large companies they don't like change and when it does happen it takes a long time. - Some skilled trades are paid more then others - turnover in skilled trades is extremely high - majority of surface operations (smelter and nickel refinery are closing Q3 of 2018)
