low moral, high stress mostly caused by the company itself, they keep taking everything away (Benefits, pension, bonuses ect..) Employee have to pay for those things now. Everyone is miserable and just waiting to retire or job searching. They promote ppl that shouldn't, its who you know and if they like you. They don't like ppl that speak their mind. They want you to be a puppet and obey and listen and not to question anything...
