Good pay and benefits, as well as an AIP plan. Nice overall compensations package.
Cons
Mass layoffs have led to serious morale issues within the Newfoundland and Labrador operations. No visibility, vision or direction with the local head of operations. Long Harbour is a mess with disorganized, chaotic, inexperienced leaders with no understanding of safety culture. Not a pleasant place to work in recent years.
