Pros

Call center is run well. Clients come first. People are mostly happy. Seemingly family friendly.

Cons

Terrible policy of slash and burn with staff & employees. Falsifying records and lying about employees is status quo at VRI. When a salesman becomes a CEO it's only about his profit margin.

I would have welcomed the opportunity to discuss your comments and clear up any questions you may have about the department or team expectations, schedules, requirements and the like. Pros

Very laid-back middle management - really great people!! Totally flexible hours, you can email in "sick" pretty much every day without any kind of consequence. Second chance employer.

Cons

It's difficult to make one's "bonus" of $15 per hour; if you don't work ALL hours available you don't you receive only $12 per hour. The company emails you literally the day before, to indicate whether you have a shift the next day; so there is absolutely no predictability as far as schedule is concerned. The work is mindlessly soul deadeningly repetitive! You have to conduct the same political survey over and over again for hours. Canadian based firm, therefore due to the current administration's disrespect for that country, business is tapering off substantially.
