Pros

Pay is competitive. They invest in good equipment for the shops.

Cons

Their motto (people, process, passion) is a crock. Management jokes about not having all of their policies developed and claims that the company is so busy growing that they haven't had time, as though that were some kind of excuse. If you are hired for a position you haven't held before, you will not be trained adequately, expected to perform at full capacity immediately, will be promised help that never comes, and will be blamed for everything that goes wrong. For a company that claims to value people, they are no different than any other, money-first company.

Pros

8 paid days off when hired. 401k.

Cons

Flat-rate pay creates constant stress because technicians never know how their week will turn out. Jobs are often claimed before vehicles are even checked in, creating competition rather than an organized workflow. Many estimators appear inexperienced, which can negatively affect repair plans and technician earning potential. Management often seems to have less operational experience than the estimators, leading to poor decision-making and a lack of support for technicians.
