      Good pay and benefits along with good staff when it comes to anyone below C level.

      Cons

      Lack of accountability by C level employees. And the way owners talk about employees who don’t meet their religious beliefs. These people will hire anyone, not train them, then fire them when they fail to meet unreal timelines and expectations.
