Pros

Working at Vira has been full of opportunities to learn and grow. This company cares about people and their career path. It invests in its people and their well-being.

Cons

Fast paced/challenging, which is not bad at all because it keeps you constantly learning and thinking out of the box.

Pros

Lots of events Quarterly meetings to keep the whole company up to date on earnings, strategies, goals and more Every one is nice and friendly Work life balance

Cons

Management doesn’t really seem to have a plan or idea what they’re trying to do. They changed people’s positions, hierarchy and teams multiple times in a year. Pretty high turnover rate, new people usually don’t stay more than a few months idk why Lack of communication when it comes to changes, had issues with software because they thought they could move everything to the cloud because “technology”. Created more issues than it solved Lack of growth Non competitive wage (lowballed in the beginning) Goals are kinda useless. They’re confusing and not specific towards my department so we have to add more work to “create quarterly goals” for us as a department and individually
