      New director that is bringing fresh ideas and really shaking up the place

      prior to the management, there was lack of direction and management, so still dealing with some of the backend issues from that

      Pros

      VIPRE has been part of Ziff Davis since 2018. The company has been transformed within the last few years with a new leadership who really cares. Our voices are heard and we have new employee platforms that help managers to motivate and reward our teams. Our benefits are outstanding and compensation is on the market. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement.

      Cons

      Remote work could be challenging but we have team meetings and use regular video Zoom meetings, play games, and stay connected. We also can travel to meetings and events.
