Pros
Nice location, free coffee and snacks. Good enviroment to learn and jump ships. Future product can be promising.
Cons
Small room to grow. Low and unfair pay and raise system. Lots of employees are well underpaid for what they do and most people have not gotten a raise, bonus or even a review in several years unless they are their manager's favorites. When discussing pay with management the employee just gets excuses or empty promises while management gets raises and bonuses. Not a stable environment. The company went through several name changes and layoffs in the past few years and it looks like they are about to change the name again. Current main product is behind the curve and all other products are not good. Working environment is immature and the management does not approach issues seriously. Company policies are a joke and there is virtually no training.
