Cons
Lack of internal infrastructure and process has led to constant level of stress, miscommunication, and unnecessary pressure. Executive Leadership does not engage with teams directly, only through supervisors. Additionally, EL team doesn't give the appropriate authority and ownership to those team leads, leading to a middle management downfall.
