Pros

Flexible timing. Good Team leads. Good work life balance. Good place for fresher to start with but ofcourse not for long term.

Cons

First impression of the company once entered in worst. HR takes hell lot time for small things. Infact, u can expect ur firm's ID card in 2 months, not before that. Package offered at time of interview and given in hand is different. U cant expect knowledge growth here. No discipline. No professionalism. Disaster of SDLC and STLC.

Pros

Only the memories of it once being a good company

Cons

Earlier it was 2nd then 5th after that 15th then 18th and now there is a mail that says the salaries will be disbursed in parts and subject to payment clearances from the clients. The company is planning to restructure. They want the existing employees to leave but the way they are dealing with it is completely unprofessional. Employees are resigning every other day which is aweful considering that the overall strength is not even 150.

Pros

Its alright to join if you are a fresher and are looking for some experience in IT.Salary is competitive despite being a small company. The organization is growing rapidly . Some teams are very good to work with.Nice atmosphere and a great workplace in terms of location, you can get a nice panoramic view of Navi Mumbai from their 13th floor Office..:)

Cons

Too many to name- In-efficient HR, management is very diplomatic the directors ask to work only 9-6 and Mon-Fri but the work assigned makes it impossible and people are always found in the office on weekends. There are projects where in people ask permission from the respective managers to take a 'leave' on weekends. Some managers are literally slave drivers. In terms of work satisfaction there is not much to learn other than Java. The framework used is internally developed and virtually unknown outside. Never learned technologies like Hibernate,Struts,Spring etc.Plus even on database front can't explore much as there is a dedicated db team to take care of it.Project management is also bad. Prospective clients are promised functionality that does't exist and then made to develop in a hurrying fashion which results in workload pressure and poor deliverable quality. If you are lucky you can escape some of these points if you are working in a stable project.
