Pros

Extensive growth path. I have been working at VCCircle for almost an year now, and the kind of work I have been exposed has only grown. The work is high quality, and path-breaking. Encouraging and adopting new innovative ways and working on projects that drive industry change. The career-growth graph is great, atmosphere is welcoming Expectations are very high, environment is fast-paced Great place for someone who wants a great learning curve. Only company that would probably give you the exposure to advisory & consulting on custom projects, investment ecosystem and the technology wing (TechCircle)

Cons

More team bonding activities & fun activities at work

Pros

The only pro at the time of joining was that it had a good name.

Cons

This list won't end so i will get to the main cons which are those heading the organisation. Archna Shukla, who is the worst editor anyone can have the misfortune to work with and Neeta Kapoor, the most clueless CEO who thinks she's running a PR firm instead of a news media organisation. While Archana's sole purpose is to plan and plot against her employees her need to do so stems from her terribly insecurities as an editor. Let alone the fact that she is a horrible journalist she knows deep down that she has no knowledge of the field and always feels others are onto her. Her main Modus Operandi is to call people individually to her cabin and instigate one against the other. Her desperation reeks of her own insecurities. The only persons running the place without whom it would fall like a pack of cards are Vivek and Sumit. The whole office knows she knows nothing, can barely type her own mails replete with grammatical errors. It's a miracle she made it to such a position, how she even got this role despite the fact that she was asked to leave from Mint, is beyond anyone's comprehension.

Pros

If you know how to manage “Managers” ( you know what I mean) you are a Winner always. Managers are not leaders Leaders are totally misleading. Some don’t even know their own work well. Now you know why to join this company! Keep few people from Management Happy ( and their own people) and your life is sorted. Nobody will ask you questions. You know you have their back. Even if you do blunders and frauds around. You will be saved. Overnight promotions is one of the perks. Hard work is a foolish thing around.

Cons

- They play with your career - They have no interest in your passion for work - They will never try to build trust across employees, instead they will try to create much fear and henceforth you will be forced to resign. - The managers will start planning your exit even before you would have thought of. - Exit if an employee is planned and plotted much before they are even told about their performance. - The worst are the Management people. they will never take an unbiased decision. They have no spine. The decisions are channelled so well via ceo. - Some have their own interests in exit of previous employees.
