      Pros

      It's a really wonderful experience with V2 Solution. This company understands the key role of their employees and ensure that all employees become successful with respect project knowledge, communication, technical expertise, appraisals etc. From manager to team and senior management, they are all willing to help at any time to make transition very smooth. It's a very good work culture and friendly environment. There are lots of growth opportunities for everyone and various projects to continue hands on experience. The company is located in the railway station premises which also advantage from traveling viewpoint. I'm really proud of myself to call V2 employee.

      Honestly, No Cons as of now I can see. As they are doing all best.

      Pros

      They have a scientific approach to process management which is interesting. They can sell ice to eskimos and thus to uninitiated clients they can be awarded what seems like high profile projects.

      Cons

      They have no regard for individuals' schedule, place unrealistic time demands on workers to the point of taking complete advantage of them, structure contracts in a manner that positions them to get what they want and then NOT PAY for work performed
