decent place for starters to start their career and not spend too much time.
Cons
here are the cons: - It's a family run shop and the culture reflects it. All at top management are related (uncles, aunts, cousins etc). The bad part about this is that to maintain family relations nobody corrects each other at office which is affecting the company. - Not a transparent place. lot of back talks (among top management who are family members too) but no direct feedback. - Blatant lies. The top management, including CEO, are blatant and habitual liars. They flip at the drop of a hat and always looking for ways to manipulate people. To bring people on board the top level will lie through their teeth. - Lack of trust- because of the above point, there is serious lack of trust in the leadership and amongst employees. The management will never provide direct feedback but will use people to pitch against each other to get their job done. - no respect for truth- the C level execs wants yes mans around them. They will not respect employees telling them truth but the ones that sing to their tune and clap at everything that they say. They are delusional at best. so if you can be a yes man than join.
