Cons
1. Project manager will change the policy as per their requirement. So you have to suffer or leave. 2. Team leader and project manager don’t have proper knowledge about process. Some of the team leaders don’t even know how to operate computers. 3. Poor management. 4. Fake behaviour and promises (especially when client visits) 5. Too much corporate politics. 6. They can fire you anytime if you don’t follow their useless policies which they decides and change every month. 7. They’ll always talk about loyalty and integrity but sadly they won’t follow any of these. 8. Poor decision making by the project manager. Which will always fail and they keep on experimenting on their employes which is very very annoying.
