Pros

My coworkers are great, but it's difficult to get to know any of them since every single one of us is too busy trying to keep up with work. For real, though, I would not recommend working here to anyone.

Cons

The work environment here is toxic and unwelcoming. Employees aren't given any training or support, but are expected to immediately know how to do their jobs after being given a few pointers and some vague guidelines. Managers don't make things any better; a lot of them are incredibly unprofessional and often make inappropriate jokes. Whenever you tell them you're uncomfortable with their behavior, they take it personally, get angry at you, and try to justify their actions. It's already exhausting enough to have to keep up with heavy workloads, but having to put up with such horrible personalities as well makes working here exponentially more miserable.
