They give you your paid days off early and you can use them within good notice rather than having to accrue them They have decent perks and rewards Allows you to work from home
Cons
The commission is TERRIBLE. Your paid £2, max £2.50 for signing someone up. It should be restrcutured. They over work you for such low pay. And also expect you to work weekends despite that. You won’t have a work and personal life that is balanced. They constantly change your rota so much it is very inconvenient for your personal life. One minute 9-5. Then 10-7 then 8:30-5:30. It’s too erratic
