Got invited on a call by HR, followed by a technical interview, good and fast process. For some other roles they have lengthier hiring processes. Recruiter asked me questions of varied complexity. He were interested to know whether I have the drive to perform the job to its best capability or not.

Short interview with the manger and HR , talking about experience within sales etc nothing to hard. Very quick turn around from interview and start date. They are looking for happy go lucky people with a welcoming and friendly personality to help customers with utility bills.
