Pros
Innovation... it is present in droves. You will learn a lot and be challenged each and every day. You will gain skills that will last a lifetime.
Cons
Take all that they can from dedicated employees and then spit them out every time. I saw this happen many times as a member of the management team. Directionless senior management and weak leadership from the executive level. Drink the kool-aid and never challenge the status quo and you will do fine here. Have differing opinions, and you will be cast out due to "cultural fit." It will happen fast, and there will be no warning.
