I was approached by a recruiter for the role. After some back and forth, we settled on a time. Felt good, was offered an interview with VP. Interview went ok, fairly typical people oriented questions, but fairly lacking in the questions on technical process and software. This is how bad middle managers are hired.
Then they ghosted me. Their HR person, the recruiter. No response. Pretty unprofessional and not deserved.

After giving my resume to them at my schools career fair, I was contacted by the company. I was then asked to schedule a phone interview. The interviewer was very knowledgable about my field of study and knew all about the department in which I was interested in.
