Pros
Great environment, with nice perks and plenty of extra bonuses (Free breakfast, bar with craft beers, massages, pool table and ping pong table). Training allowance (in time and £££). Good salary and very nice atmosphere. Definitely not the company where someone is breathing down your neck.
Cons
Quite hard to get a job, recruitment is selective. Need to be to the level of the people you work with. Sometime hard to finish a project or take it to an end when has not been made a priority by the business.
