Pros

None. Literally none I can think of.

Cons

If you're okay with things being all over the place, you might last here. The ceo wants control over everything, so it's hard to actually get your work done without constant interference. Leadership and upper management don't really seem aligned, and people at the top change so often that nothing ever sticks. There's a big push for results, but no clear plan behind it. A lot of decisions feel based on ego, and unless you're loud or close to leadership, your input doesn't go anywhere. It ends up being more about being noticed than actually doing good work. Communication is messy, and you're often left guessing what's going on. Things change out of nowhere, and you just have to keep up. The workload keeps growing, but the support doesn't, which makes everything feel heavier than it should be. Pay is just okay, but the amount of work expected is way higher. Work life balance is pretty much nonexistent, and the pressure doesn't really ease up. At the end of it, leadership says one thing, but the actual experience tells a very different story.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry your time here did not reflect the environment we strive to build. We hear your concerns around leadership alignment and the pace of change at the top. Like many growing companies, we are navigating a period of evolution, and we acknowledge that this can create uncertainty for employees on the ground. That is something we are actively working to improve through clearer communication and more consistent direction. On the point of recognition and input, every employee's contribution should be valued on its merit, not on visibility or proximity to leadership. If that has not been the experience for some, it is something we take seriously and are committed to addressing. On workload and compensation - we believe the expectations we place on our people should always be matched by the right level of support, recognition, and reward. We take seriously any gap between those two, and it remains an active area of focus for us. If you're open to sharing more, we welcome you to reach out to us directly at hr@usercentrics.com — feedback like yours, however difficult, is part of how we grow. We wish you well in what comes next.

Thank you for this feedback. It's clear you're invested in making this a great place to work, and that comes through in how thoughtfully you've shared both what's working and what isn't. It's great to hear that the teamwork, the diversity of our workforce, and the hybrid model are landing well. Those reflect real commitments we've made and continue to build on. On the areas you've flagged: Navigating different regulatory frameworks across the EU and Americas makes this more complex than we'd like, but complexity isn't an excuse for standing still, and so we hear you and will take your feedback into consideration for possible future improvements. We'd welcome any further thoughts you're willing to share - feel free to reach out directly to our HR team at hr@usercentrics.com.

Pros

- Trainings + tools for becoming AI native: They recently rolled out Claude for the entire company. A huge investment, which is underscored by trainings, supportive Slack channels, talks, and more. I really appreciate that they're investing in their employees (and the org) becoming AI native. - Great values they actually mean: I have worked at many tech companies that like to pretend they have great values but only do so for the optics. In contrast, this place walks the walk. So much DEI is getting cut from companies. Usercentrics continues to invest. - Smart colleagues + great growth trajectory: Not much more to say here other than that.

Cons

Sometimes I get too many meetings put on my calendar
