Pros
UI is supportive in helping you grow in your career and managers and People Ops seem to truly care about keeping employees at the company. While it's a growing company, they try to ensure cross-functional employees get to meet one another through various events (both in-person and virtual).
Cons
With startup culture, you are often responsible for carving your own path if it doesn't exist. While I like this course of action, this might not be for everyone. Benefits aren't the most affordable, but I haven't had issues finding medical professionals that are in network. Some positions and teams allow more flexibility in daily schedule than others.
