      Pros

      Good salaries across the company, remote first company. Interesting product to work on. Management really great in terms of understanding the market and how to go forward as a product

      Cons

      C level/founders didn’t catch up to the growing company and are not that good at managing people. Change directions in strategy quite often.

      Pros

      The creator economy has exciting energy to it. When I joined I was part of a coalition truly helping solopreneurs which is exciting. Lots of potential on paper.

      Cons

      Micromanagerial CSuite and extremely tactical operations. CEO champions culture without actions that follow. Entire tech and product do not have oversight while many GTM ICs in key roles under microscope. Its about their personal standing and how they soothe the executive anxiety instead of the company or functional performance.
