Ok company - Media Specialist Urban One Employee Review

The company is laid back which can cause issues. There is lack of communication and between departments which causes mishaps in projects and promotions. There is also a lack of professionalism at this company. I never worked in an corporate environment that allowed employees to curse at each other.
