Urban One interview questions

The first step was an initial interview getting a more in-depth look at your work history and goals within the position. The second part was submitting previous content to display skills. From there a follow up interview up is held with the final candidates.

My interview process at Urban One was extensive. I met with several individuals within the company over the course of three weeks. Each employee was informative and detailed their expectations for potential canidates.
