Meet a lot of people who can help you get out of the part time positions.schedule is pretty flexible. you gain a lot of experience because you do work heavy hours in the warmer seasons. job enables you to network a lot.
Cons
Financially unstable. Hours are very unstable. there are heavy seasons and light seasons. You MUST have a second job if you live on your own. The pay is bad and the labor is a lot compared to the amount you get paid. hours are random. you never know the exact days or times. youre scheduled as events roll in so planning your outside life can be difficult.
