Feeling of isolation Support being nonexistent Going above and beyond on all aspects of the job and never once being recognized Being treated like a child by management who has absolutely no no clue what they are doing Lack of support and followup from HR

Management that never physically checks in, never give you legitimate budget numbers, refuses to talk on the phone, actively handicaps your ability to do your job, and neglects to communicate anything happening in the company or share any information on why things are happening.
