Pros

The product and service are a true need for business owners, which makes sales conversations feel natural and easy. AEs stay busy thanks to a high volume of inbound interest, often running five or more demos per day without relying heavily on outbound. The team is supportive, collaborative, and genuinely fun to work with. Leadership is open to investing in tools that help us work faster and smarter, so we can spend more time focused on selling!

Cons

It’s a fast-paced environment where things move quickly, though changes are thoughtful and clearly communicated. AEs are busy, which is a big positive for many, but could feel like a challenge for someone who prefers a slower pace.

Pros

Uplinq is a great place to work. We’re remote-first, offer competitive pay, paid time off, and a relaxed, flexible culture. The team is focused and driven, with a strong “get your work done” mindset, but it’s also a fun and supportive environment with a great sense of community. People are trusted to work independently, stay focused, and contribute meaningfully while still enjoying the people they work with.

Cons

None - just be prepared to work independently, stay organized, and manage your time well

Pros

I started as a tax intern and was able to grow into a full-time position, which speaks to the growth opportunities within the company. The role is fully remote, compensation is reasonable, and there are great learning opportunities. The tax work includes a good mix of unique and complex returns, along with more straightforward ones, which makes it a strong environment for building experience. The tax department also has an amazing VP, manager, and team who are supportive, knowledgeable, and great to work with. There is also flexibility with hours, so taking care of things like a doctor’s appointment or getting my car serviced was never an issue as long as the work got done.

Cons

The only real downside is that there is currently no IRA or retirement plan offered but that will likely change in the future.
