      Beware it looks great in interview BUT....

      Pros

      When I 1st started at Uplinq it was great. Small company that cared about the clients and employees. Then the Series A funding. All about investors and sales volume. Managers proud of 100% turnover.

      Cons

      Constant changing of policies or workarounds. No room to advancement. Owners/Mgrs all family. Ethical concerns ignored by Mgrs. Clients books/tax left untouched for months. High stress. Do your research. Reddit.

      Pros

      You are never alone. Teramind is always with you. Every keystroke is recorded on video every second of time you are working.

      Cons

      Constant employee turnover due to firings. People who give 2 weeks notice are fired on the spot, with no severance, so no one gives notice. No training, not even on their proprietary app. You are told to the best way to learn it is to just click around. Search Uplinq on Reddit for more from former employees.

      Accounting professionals - please look elsewhere! If you care about ethics, accurate accounting, and providing service to your clients - this is not the place to work.
