      Fellow employees are great. Pay is good.

      Cons

      Expected to work 24/7, even though they promote good work/home balance. They keep buying companies, but don't fix the internal issues. Very little communication between upper mgt and employees.

      Great remote first mentality. Great supportive people. True common sense, unlimited PTO. Good culture.

      Salary & Benefits are likely lower than at other companies for similar roles.

      Great customers and internal business partners supporting the product

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities. When first hired, had wonderful leadership which unfortunately significantly shifted after internal reorganization.
