Pros

none at all. this place sucks

Cons

No form of employee appreciation and no recognition of your work. All they care about is making money and plan their next acquisition. LITERALLY the worst job I've ever had. It's funny how they were actually 2 stars and bumped their rating to 3.5 with fake reviews. they're all fake. This place is trash I'm warming you!!

Pros

Pays the bills, some really great people, interesting products, opportunities for promotion, global reach, work from home

Cons

The services team was chronically understaffed. Management had a poor understanding of what the services team actually contributes (Sales, Customer Relationship, Support, etc.) As a result, management looked at the revenue directly generated by the PS team, then determined the size of the team based on that number (run by the numbers), thereby stranding other departments, like Sales, etc. (bad at math). I have also seen a case in which a newly acquired organization was expected to generate the same amount of revenue (by the numbers), with less than a quarter of the original staff. (bad at math) The payroll was heavy with people whose only capability appears to have been to ask "when will it be done?", without a clear understanding of what "it" is. Lots of bureaucrats, few doers. These are not bad people, but there is a practice of lazy corporate thinking...which leads to a state of constant, self-inflicted emergency. Finally, the legal department has harassed former employees for un-enforceable "breach of post-employment" contract. In fact, the employees were simply looking for new opportunities, based on the above, and several ended up in the same place.

Pros

It used to be the spirit of collaboration, team spirit, being recognized & appreciated, feeling like management listened and cared but the only thing left is unlimited PTO if you can take time off.

Cons

Too many to mention easily recognized by the continued attrition and people leaving. Too many chiefs barking orders and not enough actual people doing any worthwhile work.
