potential to grow and go to market with other partner software providers.
Cons
Management don’t seem to care about staff well being, workload or client satisfaction. Very under planned integration, not a lot of thought or resources provided to integrate. Also more then half our workforce has either quit or being made redundant and uplands lack of direction means we can’t replace them anytime soon.
