Cons
Upland acquired my company and then got rid of the employees that made it a success in the first place. These things happen yes but the way they approached it had no human element and no acknowledgement of the impact they had on the lives of people that built the company in the first place. They overpromised at the start that everything would be fine and then went completely silent leaving people to guess their fate, the majority of whom where right. They then shell out your website and product with their brand which is pretty lifeless. I feel Upland management team feel no remorse and see it as par for the course when companies get acquired. In the UK we do things a little differently...
