      It’s fine. I wouldn’t recommended. Management doesn’t actually care about the success and happiness of its people.

      Great remote first mentality. Great supportive people. True common sense, unlimited PTO. Good culture.

      Pros

      Remote work. Colleagues are good people who mean well.

      Cons

      Lack of strategy at the leadership level. Insufficient investment in innovation, products, teams, and individuals. Well below market rates for similar roles, and people turn over like crazy here because they're way overworked. The benefits don't make up for it either.
