      Nice employees and managers, not a toxic work environment. Full remote. Steady commitment to improvement. Helpful coworkers. More peer programming than I've had in in-person jobs.

      Pros

      Don’t be fooled by what they tell you. This company is going downhill fast and constantly changing directions. The only pro here is that you get to work from home which is also a con as they expect you to be available 24/7

      Cons

      Everything. Management has no clue what they are doing. Stop laying off talent.
