Updater is solving a real problem and has huge potential.
Exec team does a great job communicating goals and strategy to the team.
Unlimited PTO does come in handy for a flexible work schedule so that you can offset working hard one day to taking some time off for personal reasons.
Great benefits though would be nice to have 401k match.

The whole process took just under 3 months. Making sure a candidate is a good culture fit is crazy important to them, which makes sense for a small team. The questions are very general, meaning they're not trying to trip you up. Be friendly, be professional, be personable, and make friends!
