Pros

I liked working with some of the folks there, and for a remote company, and some of the clients were pretty cool

Cons

I was chained to my laptop, in client meetings all day, with no time to actually do my work. Management encourages innovation but we absolutely did not have time to innovate, and got no support for the work we were able to complete.

Pros

I can’t say enough good things about UpSpring. I began my career here practically fresh out of college, and the opportunities I’ve been given to grow both personally and professionally have been endless. Working at UpSpring, you feel supported, heard, and like it’s truly a place where you can develop and thrive. Not to mention the tight-knit community. The culture is fueled by optimism, professionalism, and, at the end of the day, joy. Managers are invested in your growth and are always rooting for one another. The best perk? A fully remote working environment.

Cons

You have to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and prepared to adapt quickly. While this is true of PR agencies in general, a strong sense of direction and a level-headed approach are important here. You will always have support and oversight, but it’s important to stay proactive and move quickly to stay on top of priorities and meet KPIs and goals.
