Pros

- Great benefits. - End of the business day is 3 PM EST, so if you are able to finish work by 3 PM you can get out at that time. - It seems they are working to improve efficiency with work flow processes.

Cons

- Pay is not worth the stress the job creates and the amount of time it takes up. ($53,000 starting salary) - It can be extremely tedious to prepare for PTO. Sometimes PTO prep makes me not even want to take PTO. - Workflow processes are not all outlined, some workflows are very vague or simply not written out. Some processes are you only learn through word of mouth, then you are expected to not make any mistakes when the workflows should clearly just be updated to be more comprehensive. It's extremely frustrating to get conflicting information about how to perform your own job and then be critiqued. - Constant changes to the department (both good and bad). - Too many customers.

Pros

Strong work-life balance, supportive leadership, and a collaborative culture that feels more people-focused than many large corporations. Hybrid flexibility, solid benefits, and long-term stability make it a great place to build a career. There are also good opportunities for internal growth and cross-functional experience.

Cons

Decision-making can sometimes move slowly due to layers of process and approvals. Compensation may not always be as competitive as larger tech-focused companies, and organizational changes or transformation initiatives can occasionally create ambiguity or shifting priorities. Like many large enterprises, bureaucracy can at times impact speed and innovation.
